    HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

    Probably like most of you, I can't believe that it's the middle of December....but I want to take just a moment between Thanksgiving and the New Year to wish you all the very best holiday -- and especially thank you for all the wonderful storytellers and teachers in schools who bring such joy and hope to us all.

    Here in New York, my wonderful friends brought a Hoedown to the Bronx New School.  

    We celebrate the New Year --  I thank all of you who entered the contest to win a Parrots and Pirate Book with a parrot.    

    But mostly I just want to say thank you!
